Terms of Website Use

These terms explain the permitted use of the Subdux website and the limits of the information published here. They do not replace the written terms of a client engagement.

Last updated 21 October 2026

Operator and scope

The website at https://subdux.com is operated by Pinaque Labs Pvt Ltd, using the Subdux brand.

These terms concern the public website, its content and enquiry functions. If you do not agree with the conditions for an optional website function, do not use that function. Nothing here removes a right or obligation that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Information and service descriptions

The website provides general information about Subdux and potential services. Information about standards, frameworks or regulations may depend on jurisdiction, role, scope and the version in force. A general description is not a legal opinion, independent audit opinion, certification, regulatory approval or guarantee of security.

We aim to keep material accurate and useful, but it may not describe every limitation or development relevant to a particular decision. Before relying on it for a specific environment or obligation, obtain an appropriately scoped assessment or relevant professional advice. Tell us if you identify an error.

A service appearing on the website does not guarantee availability, acceptance of an engagement, a particular delivery date or a regulated qualification. The actual scope, delivery arrangements, external professional roles and commitments must be agreed for the engagement.

Enquiries and client engagements

An enquiry, a request for a proposal or a general discussion does not by itself appoint Subdux, authorise access to systems or establish an incident-response service. We do not take responsibility for monitoring or protecting an environment merely because someone has contacted us about it.

Client services are governed by the applicable written agreement and agreed scope. Testing also requires appropriate system-owner authorisation and rules of engagement. Coverage hours, response arrangements, implementation authority and external dependencies must be expressly agreed where relevant.

These website terms do not amend or reduce obligations in an existing client agreement. Where an engagement agreement and these terms address the same service matter, the engagement agreement governs that matter, subject to applicable law.

Permitted use

You may browse, link to and use public information for lawful personal or internal business purposes. You may make reasonable reference to our material with attribution, subject to applicable intellectual-property law and any specific licence stated with the material.

Do not:

  • Attempt unauthorised access to the website, its administration or connected systems.
  • Scan, exploit, stress-test or interfere with the site without express written authorisation.
  • Introduce malicious code, use the form for spam or impersonate another person or organisation.
  • Submit information that you have no right to disclose, or content that unlawfully infringes another person's rights.
  • Use automated requests in a way that impairs the website or bypasses access controls.
  • Misrepresent Subdux's services, credentials or relationship with another party.

These restrictions are not intended to prohibit ordinary search indexing, lawful reference or other use permitted by law. A security concern should be reported through the Security & Disclosure page. That reporting route does not authorise testing.

Material and intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, original website material, branding and design belong to the operator or its licensors. Third-party names, standards, trademarks, software and materials remain subject to their owners' rights and applicable licences.

Other than the reasonable use described above or a right available under law, you need permission to reproduce, adapt, republish or commercially distribute our original material. No general trademark licence or endorsement is granted by access to this website.

Information you send

Send only information that is necessary for the enquiry and that you are entitled to share. Do not submit credentials, confidential evidence, complete logs or other sensitive records through the general form. Where necessary, discuss an appropriate exchange method with us first.

You retain rights in material you provide. By sending it, you permit us to handle it to respond to the request, investigate a reported concern and fulfil applicable legal obligations. You do not grant a licence to publish your confidential information or use your name as a client reference.

Sending unsolicited material does not automatically create an NDA or client relationship. This does not remove legal confidentiality, privacy or other duties that otherwise apply. Handling of personal information is explained in the Privacy Notice.

External services and availability

Links to external sites and services are provided for convenience or context. Those services are controlled by their respective operators and may have their own terms. A link does not by itself imply endorsement, certification or a partnership.

We may correct, update, restrict or suspend website content or functionality for maintenance, security or other legitimate reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the public website will be free from every error or harmful component. These statements do not change any separately agreed service availability commitment.

Responsibility and limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not give warranties about the public website beyond those expressly stated or required by law. The website is not a substitute for a scoped professional engagement, and a visitor should not treat a general page as a determination of their security or compliance position.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of, or inability to use, the public website. This provision does not establish a liability cap for client services.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits responsibility for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful misconduct, liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or a person's non-excludable statutory rights. It does not excuse unlawful handling of personal information or override obligations under a client agreement.

Applicable law and disputes

These website terms are governed by Indian law, subject to mandatory laws and rights that apply to the particular matter. Subject to those rights, the courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh, have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or the use of the website. Nothing here removes access to a regulator, a legally required complaint route or a forum right that cannot be waived.

Questions about the website or these terms can be sent to [email protected]. We encourage raising concerns directly where appropriate, but doing so is not a mandatory delay on a legal remedy unless applicable law requires it.

Updates and separate provisions

We may revise these terms for changes to the website or applicable requirements. The updated version will be posted with its publication date. A revision does not retrospectively change a client agreement or remove rights that have already arisen.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision immediately is not a permanent waiver of an applicable right.
