VULNERABILITY & EXPOSURE MANAGEMENT: Keep exposure and remediation under active review.

Vulnerability and exposure management keeps changing weaknesses, affected assets and remediation under recurring review. Subdux tracks exposure across the systems covered by the service, assesses which findings deserve attention and follows corrective work through verification, so new issues and unfinished fixes remain visible between individual assessments.

A growing finding count is not a remediation plan.

A vulnerability list becomes useful when it reflects what is actually deployed, what an attacker can reach and who can change it. We connect discovery and validation with the people responsible for remediation, so new findings enter a manageable workflow instead of another disconnected report.

Maintain the picture as the environment changes.

Assets and ownership

Identify the systems covered, their business role and who can act on findings. Track important changes in the inventory.

Exposure and validation

Examine reachable services and identified weaknesses through the agreed tools and checks. Distinguish relevant findings from duplicates and unsupported detections.

Priority in context

Consider active exploitation, accessibility, available controls and the consequences for affected services alongside technical severity.

Remediation and verification

Assign follow-up, record decisions and check whether completed changes address the original exposure.

Show what changed, what remains open and why.

Reporting should explain more than how many findings closed. We highlight material new exposure, overdue items affecting important systems, verified improvements and risks that have been deferred. Where a fix is not immediately practical, the decision and any interim measures remain visible for review.

Subdux can help implement changes within the agreed scope. Changes requiring another system owner, vendor or maintenance window are tracked with that dependency made clear.

Frequently asked questions
Does continuous mean every system is tested all the time?

No. The cadence, asset coverage and methods are defined for the service. Some checks can recur frequently; others need credentials, a maintenance window or a specific assessment. We describe that coverage accurately.

How is this different from VAPT?

VAPT is a defined assessment that can investigate exploitation and business impact in depth. Exposure management maintains an ongoing view of findings and remediation as assets and threat information change. One can identify issues the other then helps manage.

Can you apply the fixes?

Implementation support can be included. We agree which changes Subdux will execute, the approvals needed and which remain with your team or technology providers.

Next step

Make the next remediation cycle easier to manage.

Share the assets, tools and outstanding findings you already work with. We can define a review and remediation arrangement around the gaps.
