IDENTITY & ACCESS MANAGEMENT: Keep access aligned with the work it enables.
Identity and access management governs how people and systems authenticate, receive permissions and lose access when circumstances change. Subdux designs and implements controls across the identity lifecycle, helping make access requests, reviews and removals consistent with the responsibilities and sensitive resources those permissions support.

An access decision should not last by accident.
Initial approval is only part of the problem. Permissions can persist after a project ends, expand through role changes or become difficult to trace across applications. We examine how access enters, changes and leaves your environment, including the exceptions that routine processes miss.
Joining
Establish appropriate access based on the person's role, required systems and an identifiable approval.
Changing responsibilities
Adjust permissions as work changes, rather than simply add new access to the old set.
Leaving or ending a relationship
Revoke access, account for shared resources and check the systems outside the main identity platform.
Include the identities with the greatest reach.
Workforce and external users
Authentication, federation and access arrangements for employees, contractors and suppliers.
Privileged access
Administrative roles, separation from everyday accounts, restricted use and appropriate review.
Service and application identities
Ownership and access for accounts used by software, integrations and automated tasks.
Authentication and sessions
MFA, sign-in controls and session settings suited to the platforms and risks involved.
Exceptions and emergency access
A way to maintain necessary access without making temporary arrangements permanent and invisible.
Make the control work with the way the organisation operates.
We map current access arrangements, agree an appropriate model and implement changes within the platforms in scope. Rollout needs to account for dependencies, recovery access and disruption to legitimate work. Owners need a process they can maintain after the initial configuration is complete.
What you receive
An access and identity inventory for the scope; role or permission design; implemented configurations where commissioned; lifecycle and review workflows; documented exceptions; and operating guidance for the responsible team.
Is this only for a particular identity platform?
The right scope depends on your current directory, cloud services and applications. We establish which integrations and controls are supported before recommending an implementation. A platform logo alone does not describe the access coverage.
Can we start with an access review rather than a full redesign?
Yes. A review of selected systems, privileged accounts or joiner and leaver processes can identify where a wider change is justified. The work does not need to begin with replacing your identity platform.
Will stronger access controls interfere with daily work?
Some changes affect how users sign in or obtain approval. We plan rollout, exceptions and recovery access around those effects, then verify that necessary work remains possible within the intended restrictions.
Start with the access you find hardest to explain.
Shared accounts, accumulated permissions or unreliable offboarding can each provide a useful starting point. Tell us which systems and workflows are involved.
